Joel Brown is the Principal Consultant of Joel Brown Consulting, bringing over 20 years of experience in non-profit, educational, and social service roles. Most recently, he served as Director of Ministries and Director of Vocational Advancement at the Union Gospel Mission in Spokane, WA. Joel is dedicated to developing effective leaders, teams, and healthy individuals who achieve sustained excellence and lasting impact.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and a master’s degree in teaching from Gonzaga University, focusing on elementary and middle school education. Additionally, Joel is a certified Genesis Process Coach and a certified Nonviolent Crisis Intervention trainer.
